One-on-One Strategy Session Refund Policy:
We believe in the success of our one-on-one strategy sessions and are certain that they can help you reach your branding and content objectives. However, here’s how our one-on-one strategy session refund policy works:
Refund Eligibility: If you seek a refund within 5 working days after the session date, you will be eligible for a refund. There will be no refunds after this period.
Refund Procedure: Send an email to support@dfoonicewin.com with your name, the date of your one-on-one strategy session, and a brief explanation of why you want a refund. Your refund will be processed, and please allow up to ten business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or postpone your one-on-one strategy session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there won’t be a refund.
Two-Hour Workshop refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for our two-hour live workshops. We advise participants to mark their calendars and set a reminder to take full advantage of this great live learning experience.
